The Cayley graph \(\mathrm{Cay}(S,C)\) of a semigroup \(S\), \(C\subseteq S\), is the graph with vertex set \(S\) and arcs \((s,cs)\), \(s \in S\), \(c\in C\). If \(\mathcal D\) is a graph having at least one edge, then a semigroup \(S\) is said to be Cayley \(\mathcal D\)-saturated with respect to a subset \(C\subseteq S\) if for all infinite subsets \(V\subseteq S\) there exists a subgraph of \(\mathrm{Cay}(S,C)\) which is isomorphic to \(\mathcal D\) and all whose vertices belong to \(V\). Here is investigated how the Cayley \(\mathcal D\)-saturated property of product and semilattice of semigroups is related to this property of component semigroups and characterized Cayley \(\mathcal D\)-saturated groups, left (right) groups, rectangular bands and groups, completely simple semigroups and Clifford semigroups.
