A P-graph is a nonempty graph which has no isolated points but which might be ``punctured'' by the removal of a finite set of points. The author proves that the Pixley-Roy hyperspaces of any two P-graphs are homeomorphic. The class of P-graphs contains some connected spaces, such as [0,1] and \({\mathbb{R}}\), as well as some disconnected spaces. \textit{J. D. Mashburn} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 315, No.2, 697-709 (1989; Zbl 0693.54006)] has extended this result to a larger class of spaces, namely, the countable, locally finite analogues of P-graphs.
