A convergence approach space is a pair \((X, \lambda)\), where \(\lambda\) is a map from the set of filters on \(X\) to \([0, \infty]^X\) with the following properties: 1. \(\lambda(\dot{x})(x)=0\), 2. \(\mathcal{F}\subseteq \mathcal{G}\Rightarrow \lambda(\mathcal{G})\leq \lambda(\mathcal{F})\), 3. \(\lambda(\mathcal{F}\cap \mathcal{G})=\lambda(\mathcal{F})\vee \lambda(\mathcal{G})\). The authors study actions of convergence approach monoids on convergence approach spaces and use this concept to introduce pseudoquotient spaces.
