2-designs over \(GF(2^ m)\) (Q2639859)

A \(t-(n,k,\lambda;q)\) design is a collection B of k-dimensional subspaces of an n-dimensional vector space over \(GF(q)\) with the property that any t-dimensional subspace is contained in exactly \(\lambda\) members of B. The author constructs a \(2-(n,3,2^{2m}+2^ m+1;2^ m)\) design for all \(m\geq 1)\).
