Since weak minimal and maximal conditions for normal subgroups (conditions Min-\(\infty\)-n and Max-\(\infty\)-n) are generalizations of the conditions Min-n and Max-n, therefore we must study them in classes of groups, in which the conditions Min-n and Max-n were studied well. One of these classes is \(P'_ n({\mathfrak F}\cup {\mathfrak A}_ 0)\). \(G\in P'_ n({\mathfrak F}\cup {\mathfrak A}_ 0)\), if G possesses an ascending series of normal subgroups \(<1>=G_ 0\leq G_ 1\leq...G_{\alpha}\leq G_{\gamma}=G\), the factors \(G_{\alpha +1}/G_{\alpha}\) are finite or Abelian and have finite rank, \(\alpha <\gamma.\) Main results of this work are: Theorem 1. Let \(G\in P'_ n({\mathfrak F}\cup {\mathfrak A}_ 0)\) and G is residually finite. G satisfies the condition Min-\(\infty\)-n (respectively Max-\(\infty\)-n) if and only if it is minimax, almost soluble and almost torsion-free. Let G be a group, denote by \(G_{{\mathfrak F}}\) the intersection of all subgroups of finite index. Theorem 2. Let \(G\in P'_ n({\mathfrak F}\cup {\mathfrak A}_ 0)\). G satisfies the condition Min-\(\infty\)-n if and only if it contains a periodic hypercentral normal subgroup H with condition Min-G, G/H is minimax and almost soluble. In particular, G is almost soluble. Let G be a group, \(A\triangleleft G\), A is an Abelian and infinite subgroup. We shall say that A is G-quasi-finite if (1) A is not a minimal normal subgroup of G; (2) any G-admissible subgroup of A is finite. Theorem 3. Let \(G\in P'_ n({\mathfrak F}\cup {\mathfrak A}_ 0)\). G satisfies the condition Max-\(\infty\)- n if and only if it contains a finite normal subgroup F, with \(G/F=H\leq U\times V\), \(pr_ UH=U\), \(pr_ VH=V\), and the following conditions hold: (1) U is minimax; (2) \(V_{{\mathfrak F}}\) possesses a finite central series \(<1>=V_ 0\leq V_ 1\leq...\leq V_ n=V_{{\mathfrak F}}\) of V- admissible subgroups and \(V_{i+1}/V_ i\) is elementary Abelian and V- quasi-finite, \(0\leq i\leq n-1\); (3) \(V/V_{{\mathfrak F}}\) is minimax. In particular, \(V_{{\mathfrak F}}\) is nilpotent and it has finite period. Theorem 4. An FC-hypercentral group with Min-\(\infty\)-n (respectively Max-\(\infty\)-n) is almost hypercentral.
