This paper is a continuation of the first part [ibid. 14, No.1/2, 93-124 (1988; Zbl 0656.34040)]. The main result here is a complete proof of Theorem 5.1 of the first part. The two-point boundary value problem for the system \(\dot x=g(t,x,y),\quad \dot y=h(t,x,y)\) is studied where g,h are defined and of class \(C^ N\) on the set \(\{\) t,x,y: \(t\in I_ 0\), x,y arbitrary\(\}\). - For an easy reading the two parts of this memoir have to be read together.
