The Hamilton function of a system of finite number of degrees of freedom may depend on slow macroscopic and fast microscopic coordinates and momenta. The Hamilton equations are assumed to be valid not only for the microscopic variables for which they are presupposed as extremely chaotic (ergodic), but also for the macroscopic variables which are assumed to obey a Markoff process relaxing to equilibrium. It is shown that the macrovariables satisfy a quasi-Hamiltonian equation of motion which is decomposed into a reversible and an irreversible part. Presupposing that the micro-equations are reversible Onsager-Casimir reciprocal relations are obtained.
