    Consider the weakly nonlinear autonomous system \((*)\quad dz/dt =Az +\varepsilon Z(z,\varepsilon)\), where \(Z(z,\varepsilon\)) is an \(n\)-vector function, \(Z(\cdot,\varepsilon)\in C^ 1(\| z-z_ 0\| \leq q)\), \(Z(z,\cdot)\in C(0,\varepsilon_ 0)\) for some \(q\) and \(\varepsilon_ 0\); \(A\) is a constant \(n\times n\) matrix, all the eigenvalues of \(A\) are imaginary of the form \(2ki\pi/T\), \(k=0,\pm 1,\ldots\), \(i=\sqrt{-1}\). Suppose that \((*)_{\varepsilon =0}\) has a \(T\)-periodic solution of \(m\) parameters: \((**)\quad z(t,c)=X_ m(t)c,\) \(c\in \mathbb R^ m\), where \(X_ m(t)\) is an \(n\times m\) matrix, the columns of which are \(m\) linear independent \(T\)-periodic solutions of \((*)_{\varepsilon =0}\). In this paper, the authors obtain a necessary condition and some sufficient conditions for the existence of a periodic solution of system \((*)\); when \(\varepsilon =0\), this periodic solution becomes one of the solutions \((**)\).
