The author continues his interesting study of topological Laguerre planes. A topological Laguerre plane is a Laguerre plane \(L=(P,{\mathcal K},\|)\) where P and \({\mathcal K}\) carry topologies such that the geometric operations appearing in the axioms are continuous operations in their domain of definition. The classical model of a 2- or 4-dimensional topological Laguerre plane is obtained as the geometry of nontrivial plane sections of an elliptic cone in the real or complex projective 3-dimensional space, respectively. The main result of this paper is the following Theorem. The point space of a 4-dimensional Laguerre plane is equivalent to the point space of the classical complex Laguerre space. This theorem includes some generalization of \textit{A. Förtsch} from his Ph.D. thesis ``Kollineationsgruppen endlichdimensionaler topologischer Benz-Ebenen'', Erlangen/Nürnberg (1982).
