The definition of \(a\)-minimally thin sets at \(\infty \) in a cone \(C_n(\Omega )\) is introduced. The characterization of \(a\)-minimally thin sets at \(\infty \) with respect to \(C_n(\Omega )\) is given for \(0<a\leq 1\). Let now \(0<a<1\), \(E\subset C_n(\Omega )\) be \(a\)-minimally thin at \(\infty \) with respect to \(C_n(\Omega )\). It is shown that \(E\) is covered by a sequence of balls \(B_k\) (\(k=0,1, \dots \)) satisfying \(\sum (r_k/ d_k)^{n-1+a}< \infty \), where \(r_k\) is the radius of \(B_k\), and \(d_k\) is the distance between the origin and the center of \(B_k\).
