The purpose of this paper is to study weak solvability and uniqueness in the Sobolev space \(W^{1,q}(\Omega)\) for the Dirichlet problem \[ \sum^n_{i,j=1} D_{x_i}(a_{ij}(x,a) D_{x_j} u)+ b(x,u,Du)= 0\quad\text{in }\Omega, \] \[ u= 0\quad\text{on }\partial\Omega, \] where \(u\in W^{1,q}_0(\Omega)\) for \(q> n\). Here \(a_{ij}(x,z)\), \(b(x,z,p)\in \Omega\times \mathbb R\times \mathbb R^n\) are Carathéodory functions, and \(\Omega\) is a bounded domain in \(\mathbb R^n\), \(N> 2\).
