On realizations related to Weyl operators (Q2644867)

The minimal and the maximal realizations \((L^ w)^{\sim}\) and \((L^ w)^{'\#}: L_ 2\to L_ 2\) of Weyl tpye linear operators is studied. As usual, \((L^ w)'\) stands for the formal transpose operator of \(L^ w\). A sufficient condition for the equality \((L^ w)^{\sim}=(L^ w)^{'\#}\) is proved. This way the essential maximality of \(L^ w\) in \(L_ 2\) is shown. Assuming the constant \(C>0\) to be large enough criteria for the bijectivity of \((L^ w)^{\sim}+CId\) is given. An interesting link between the operators \(L^ w\) and some classes of pseudodifferential operators is found.
