Introducing (continuous) characters over a field \(k\) and sets of simple algebras constructed with these characters, the author proves the following theorem, which is well known in the local class field theory, when \(k\) is restricted to be a \(p\)-adic field: \[ (C_1 L/L, \sigma_1^{l_1}, A_1) \sim (C_2 L/L, \sigma_2^{l_2}, A_2)\text{ implies }(C_1/k, \sigma_1, N_{L/k} A1_) \sim (C_2/k, \sigma_2, N_{L/k}A_2), \] whenever \(C_i/k\) are cyclic, \(L/k\) separable algebraic, \(\sigma_i\) and \(\sigma_i^{l_i}\) generating automorphisms for \(C_i/k\) and \(C_i L/L\) respectively, and \(A_i\in L\).
