In this paper, the authors investigate numerically magnetic films driven by spin-polarized currents via the well-known Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert-Slonczewski (LLGS) equation in one spatial dimension. The system's parameters values are selected corresponding to the case where the current acts as additional damping and stabilizes an equilibrium that would otherwise be unstable. A space-dependent anisotropy field is considered with antisymmetric anisotropy profile with respect to the middle point of the system. Several dissipative states are obtained, and localized patterns, exhibiting oscillatory and phase instabilities, are analyzed. Numerical simulations are presented concerning bifurcations of the localized states and corresponding phase diagrams. In the conclusions section, the authors note that their findings may motivate the use of localized patterns as effective individual oscillations with the capacity to couple and interact, and could potentially be used as units of a nano-oscillators network.
