Denote \({\mathbb{R}^{-}}:=(-\infty,0]\), and by \(\{y_k\}_{k \in \mathbb{N}}\) the sequence of zeros of a entire function \(f\) of order 2 (counting multiplicities). Let \(X_f=\{z \in {\mathbb{C}}: (z-y_k)\not\in {\mathbb{R}}^{-} \ \text{for all} \ y_k\}\). Define, for \(z \in X_f\) and \(s \in {\mathbb{C}}\), superzeta function by the series \[ {\mathcal{Z}}_f(s,z):=\sum_{k=1}^{\infty}(z-y_k)^{-s} \] with the complex exponent defined using the principal branch of the logarithm with \(\arg z \in (-\pi;\pi)\) on \({\mathbb{C}}\setminus {\mathbb{R}}^{-}\). The authors consider a general finite volume \(M\), non-compact hyperbolic Riemann surface without elliptic points and the Lax-Phillips scattering operator \(B\). They define the Hurwitz type zeta function \(\zeta_{B}^{\pm}(s,z):={\mathcal{Z}}_{Z_{\pm}}(s,z)\), where \(Z_{\pm}\) denotes the two zeta-functions \(Z_{+}(s)\) and \(Z_{-}(s)\) associated with the poly-Selberg zeta function of degree \(r\) in certain way. It is proved that the function \(\zeta_{B}^{\pm}(s,z)\) has a meromorphic continuation to whole complex plane with simple poles at \(s=2\) and \(s=1\), and corresponding residues are obtained. Also, a determinant of the operators \(zI-\big[\frac{1}{2}I\pm B\big]\) is constructed. As an applications, an expression for the Selberg's zeta function and the determinant of the scattering matrix in terms of the operator determinants are given.
