The Calderón-Zygmund theorem is used to obtain \(L^p\) boundedness of singular integral operators, where the Hörmander condition \(H_\infty\) plays an important role in obtaining this boundedness. \textit{L. Grafakos} and \textit{C. B. Stockdale} [Bull. Hell. Math. Soc. 63, 54--63 (2019; Zbl 1440.42054)] obtained a limited-range Calderón-Zygmund theorem by a \(L^q\) mean Hörmander condition \(H_q\). In this paper, the author extended the limited-range to all \(1<p<p_0\). Furthermore, the author also obtained the \(L^2\) boundedness under the \(L^1\) mean Hörmander condition. The proofs rely on establishing a Calderón-Zygmund decomposition motivated by \textit{C. Fefferman} [Acta Math. 124, 9--36 (1970; Zbl 0188.42601)].
