Standard Newtonian gravity can be geometrized in what is known as a Newton-Cartan geometry. This article pursues the construction of Newtonian models in three space-time dimensions based on a Maxwell-Chern-Simons theory, including a cosmological constant. The symmetries of the theory can be connected with the Nappi-Witten algebra.
