A very well written survey of the exclusion of geometry from the three main foundational schools of the philosophy of mathematics, presenting the reasons for that exclusion: arithmetic and set theory were considered to be much simpler and did not display the bewildering variety specific to geometry, nor the complexity of axiomatizations of geometry.
