The authors prove a \(q\)-difference analogue of the logarithmic derivative lemma for meromorphic functions with zero order in several complex variables. Using this lemma the authors prove \(q\)-difference versions of the second main theorem for hyper-planes and hyper-surfaces. As an application of the second main theorem, they also prove a \(q\)-difference Picard-type theorem.
