This note concerns Hom-finite 2-Calabi-Yau (2-CY) triangulated categories as they arise in the study of generalised cluster categories [\textit{C. Amiot} et al., Adv. Math. 226, No. 4, 3813--3849 (2011; Zbl 1268.18007)], motivated by the theory of cluster algebras introduced by [\textit{S. Fomin} and \textit{A. Zelevinsky}, J. Am. Math. Soc. 15, No. 2, 497--529 (2002; Zbl 1021.16017)]. Let \(\mathbb{X}\) be a weighted projective line. It follows from work of \textit{B. Keller} [Doc. Math. 10, 551--581 (2005; Zbl 1086.18006); J. Reine Angew. Math. 654, 125--180 (2011; Zbl 1220.18012)] that the associated cluster category \(\mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}\) of [\textit{M. Barot} et al., Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 362, No. 8, 4313--4330 (2010; Zbl 1209.18010)] can be realised as a generalised cluster category \(\mathcal{C}_{(Q,W)}\) of a quiver with potential \((Q,W)\) in the sense of [\textit{C. Amiot}, Ann. Inst. Fourier 59, No. 6, 2525--2590 (2009; Zbl 1239.16011)]. This category is Hom-finite and 2-CY. The authors study 2-CY tilted algebras of these cluster categories \(\mathcal{C}\), i.e.,\ the endomorphism algebras \(\operatorname{End}_\mathcal{C}(T)\) of cluster-tilting objects \(T\) of \(\mathcal{C}\). In this note they prove the following theorems: \begin{itemize} \item Let \(\mathbb{X}\) be a weighted projective line with at most three weights or of tubular type, with cluster category \(\mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}\), and let \((Q, W)\) be a Jacobi-finite quiver with non-degenerate potential and associated generalised cluster category \(\mathcal{C}_{(Q,W)}\). If there is a cluster-tilting object \(T\) of \(\mathcal{C}_{(Q,W)}\) such that \(\operatorname{End}_{\mathcal{C}_{(Q,W)}} (T)\) is isomorphic to a 2-CY tilted algebra of \(\mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}\), then \(\mathcal{C}_{(Q,W)}\) is triangle equivalent to \(\mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}\). \item Let \(\mathbb{X}\) be a weighted projective line with at most three weights. The cluster category \(\mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}\) is triangle equivalent to a 2-CY triangulated category arising from preprojective algebra. \end{itemize} The proof of the theorems is in Sections 4 and 5, respectively, while Section 2 recalls the relevant background on cluster-tilting theory, quivers with potentials and generalised cluster categories and Section 3 focuses on cluster categories of weighted projective lines. The proofs use the uniqueness (up to right equivalence) of the canonical, non-degenerate potential \(W_T\) on the Gabriel quiver \(Q_T\) of \(\operatorname{End}_{\mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}}(T)\) associated to \(T\) (Lemma 4.1). The first result is also evidence supporting the conjecture that if \(\operatorname{End}_\mathcal{C} (T)\) is isomorphic to a 2-CY tilted algebra of \(\mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}\) for a weighted projective line \(\mathbb{X}\), then \(\mathcal{C} \cong \mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}\), i.e.,\ that -- in this case -- the 2-CY tilted algebras determine the 2-CY triangulated category up to triangular equivalence. The realisation of the second theorem is obtained via the construction of [\textit{A. B. Buan} et al., Compos. Math. 145, No. 4, 1035--1079 (2009; Zbl 1181.18006)].
