The authors study the differential geometry of surfaces of revolution of frontals for Legendre curves. Such surfaces can be considered as framed base surfaces. Throughout the article, the authors provide the curvatures and basic invariants for surfaces of revolution by using the curvatures of Legendre curves. Finally, they give properties of surfaces of revolution with singularities and cones and present concrete examples.
