The authors present the conductivity limit of the voltage-conductivity model with a random firing voltage when the conductivity dynamics are slower than the voltage dynamics. The result is the transport/Fokker-Planck equation for variable conductivity with nonlinear drift, which depends on the total velocity of the firing. Researched asymptotic behavior of the boundary equation on two possible scales, which are related voltage scale, conductivity scale, and firing speed. Sufficient conditions have been set within which the restriction procedure can be strictly justified. Also, the authors suggested sufficient condition regarding the parameters and distribution of the firing in the equation of limiting conductivity, according to which we can obtain a unique hospital condition and its asymptotic stability. Finally, the authors provide some numerical illustrations to support analytical calculations.
