A specification (stroboscopical) property is introduced for two classes of dynamical systems on uniform spaces: generalized shifts and dynamical systems with Alexandroff compactification of a discrete space as phase space. The following claims are the main results. Theorem. For the dynamical system \((F,h)\), the following statements are equivalent: 1) \((F,h)\) has weak specification property; 2) \((F,h)\) has almost weak specification property; 3) \(\cap\{h^n(F); n\ge 1\}\) is a singleton. Theorem. For the dynamical system \((F,h)\), the following statements are equivalent: 1) \((F,h)\) has stroboscopical property; 2) \((F,h)\) has uniform stroboscopical property; 3) \(\mathrm{Per}(h)=F\).
