This paper a continuation of [\textit{V. Gregori} et al., Fuzzy Sets Syst. 161, No. 16, 2193--2205 (2010; Zbl 1201.54011)]. Some characterizations of the class of completable strong (non-Archimedean) fuzzy metric spaces are obtained. Several illustrative examples are given.
