By [\textit{T. Bridgeland} and \textit{A. Maciocia}, J. Geom. Phys. 122, 119--127 (2017; Zbl 1387.14059)], it is known that an Enriques surface over \(\mathbb{C}\) has no Fourier-Mukai partners apart from itself. This paper shows an extension of this statement to twisted Fourier-Mukai partners (Theorem 1): Let \(X\) be an Enriques surface, \(Y\) be a smooth projective variety, and \(\alpha \in \operatorname{Br}(X)\), \(\beta \in \operatorname{Br}(Y)\) be Brauer classes. If \(D^b(X,\alpha) \simeq D^b(Y,\beta)\), then \(X \simeq Y\) and \(\alpha=\beta\) under the isomorphism. The outline of the proof is as follows: A standard argument with minor modification shows that \(Y\) is an Enriques surface. The case \(\alpha=0\) and \(\beta \neq 0\) is treated in \S 1 of the paper, where the authors calculate in Proposition 1.1 the twisted topological K-theory \(K^i_{\text{top}}(X,\overline{\alpha})\) corresponding to the image \(\overline{\alpha} \in H^3(X,\mathbb{Z})\) of the Brauer class \(\alpha\), and it immediately implies the consequence. The case \(\alpha\neq0\) and \(\beta\neq0\) is treated in \S 2, where the argument is lifted to \(K3\) covers \(p:\widetilde{X}\to X\) and \(q:\widetilde{Y} \to Y\). Choosing some distinguished \(B\)-fields which lift \(p^*\alpha\) and \(q^*\beta\), the authors derive from the given twisted equivalence a Hodge isometry \(H^*(\widetilde{X},\mathbb{Z}) \to H^*(\widetilde{Y},\mathbb{Z})\). One more careful argument shows that it preserves the subspaces of \(H^2\) under the covering involutions, which implies the consequence.
