The authors study some invariant subsets and homological properties of Orlicz modules over group algebras. In fact, for a locally compact group \(G\), a closed convex subset \(C\subseteq L^{\phi}(G)\) is left invariant if and only if \(h\ast C\subseteq C\) for all \(h\in P_{1}(G)\). The authors also show that for a locally compact group \(G\), each closed convex left invariant non-empty subset of \(L^{\phi}(G)\) contains the origin iff \(G\) is noncompact. As an interesting result in Banach homology, the authors show that \(L^{\phi}(G)\) is \(L^{1}(G) \)-projective iff \(G\) is compact.
