Let \(K_t(x,\vec{y})\) be a locally integrable function for any \(t\in (0,\infty)\) defined away from the diagonal \(x = y_1 = \dots = y_m\) in \(\left({\mathbb R}^n\right)^{m+1}\). It is assumed that \(K_t(x,\vec{y})\) satisfies some Dini-type condition and the following size condition \[\left(\int\limits_0^\infty K_t(x,\vec{y})^2\frac{dt}{t} \right)^{1/2} \leq C \left(\sum\limits_{j=1}^m |x-y_j|\right)^{-mn}. \] Let \(\vec{b} = (b_1,\ldots, b_m)\) be a collection of locally integrable functions from Lipschitz spaces \(\mathrm{Lip}_{\beta}({\mathbb R}^n)\). The authors study the following iterated commutator of the multilinear maximal square function and pointwise multiplication \begin{align*} T^\ast_{\Pi\vec{b}}(\vec{f})(x)=\sup\limits_{\delta>0}( \int\limits_0^\infty |\int\limits_{\sum\limits_{i=1}^m |x-y_i|^2 > \delta^2} \prod\limits_{j=1}^m [b_j(x)-b_j(y_j)]K_t(x, y_1,\ldots ,y_m) \\ \times \prod\limits_{j=1}^m f_j(y_j) dy_1 \ldots dy_m|^2\frac{dt}{t})^{1/2}, \end{align*} where \(f_i \in L^{p_i}({\mathbb R}^n)\). \par By imposing certain Dini-type conditions, the authors obtain estimates of \(T^\ast_{\Pi\vec{b}}(\vec{f})\) in Lebesgue spaces, homogenous Lipschitz spaces, and homogenous Triebel-Lizorkin spaces. For all spaces listed above, the estimates have the form \[\left\| T^\ast_{\Pi\vec{b}}(\vec{f}) \right\|_X \lesssim \prod\limits_{i=1}^m \|b_i\|_{\mathrm{Lip}_{\beta_i}({\mathbb R}^n)} \prod\limits_{i=1}^m \|f_i\|_{L^{p_i}({\mathbb R}^n)} .\]
