The authors of this paper consider the existence of periodic (mild) solutions to inclusions of the form \begin{align*} x'(t)\in Ax(t)+F(t,x(t),y(t)), t>0, \\ By(t)+\partial \phi(y(t)) \ni h(t,x(t),y(t)), t>0 , \end{align*} where \((x(\cdot) ,y(\cdot ))\) takes valkues in \(X\times Y\); \(\phi: Y\to (-\infty ,\infty]\) is a proper, convex and lower semicontinuous function with subdifferential \(\partial \phi\subset Y\times Y^*\), \(F\) is a multivalued function defined on \({\mathbb R}^+\times X\times Y\). Existence and uniquness of mild solutions are established with the use of the Schauder fixed point theorem. Then, conditions for the existence of periodic solutions are given under the assumption that the unperturbed linear systems are exponentially stable.
