Johannes Kepler in Ulm revisited: new aspects of old known facts. A tribute in honor of Kepler's 450th birthday (Q2663666)

From December 1626 to November 1627, Johannes Kepler lived in Ulm in order to supervise the printing of his \textit{Tabulae Rudolphinae} (Rudolphine tables). The authors explain the Kepler-Kessel that Kepler developed for a new standardization of Ulm's weights and measures and describes a certain number of plaques or other objects that concern Kepler or his later patron Wallenstein: The memorial plaque at Ulm's old town hall, the memorial plaque at the Wallenstein House, the Kepler relief at the residential building Keplerstraße 29, the Kepler fountain at the Kepler Gymnasium, the wall painting at this gymnasium, and the window of promise in the Ulm Cathedral.
