Consider a Painlevé equation and it's rational or algebraic solution. The \(\tau\) function of the rational or algebraic solution can be written as the product of a special polynomial and an exponential factor. Since the \(\tau\) function satisfies the Toda equation, we obtain a recursive relation of the special polynomials. If one applies this construction to Painleve-II equation one obtains Yablonskii-Vorob'ev polynomials. In the case of Painleve-IV one obtains Okamoto polynomials. The cases Painleve-III and VI are considered in the paper under review. It turns out that the coefficients of the special polynomials for the sixth Painlevé equation are described by the Young diagram.
