This paper is devoted to the further authors' study of the universal quadratic identities (QIs) satisfied by minors of quantum matrices. In particular, the authors discuss situations when the universal QIs are generated by the four special type QIs discussed in the authors' previous work [J. Algebra 488, 145--200 (2017; Zbl 1387.16028)]. The two main results of the paper are the existence and uniqueness of the RQI-function given its values on the explicit set \(Pint\). While the proof of uniqueness is straightforward, the proof of existence crucially relies on the construction of quantum minors via certain path systems in associated planar graphs, as developed by \textit{K. Casteels} [J. Algebra 330, No. 1, 188--205 (2011; Zbl 1273.17016)].
