In this paper, it is investigated the maximal solvable Lie and Leibniz superalgebras with a given nilradical (the maximal nilpotent ideal) using the \textit{G. M. Mubarakzhyanov}'s method [Izv. Vyssh. Uchebn. Zaved., Mat. 1963, No. 1(32), 114--123 (1963; Zbl 0166.04104)] of description of solvable Lie algebras in terms of nilradicals and nil-independent derivations, and also its generalization to Leibniz algebras (see also the review on [\textit{L. M. Camacho} et al., J. Geom. Phys. 172, Article ID 104414, 13 p. (2022; Zbl 1487.17005)]). The authors in fact study the solvable Lie superalgebras with maximal dimension of the complementary space to nilradical, being the nilradical the model filiform Lie superalgebra \(L^{n,m}\). Moreover, it is discussed the description of maximal-dimensional solvable Lie superalgebra with model nilpotent nilradical. Next, it is investigated the Leibniz superalgebra whose nilradical is isomorphic to the filiform (non-Lie) Leibniz superalgebra \(LP^{n,m}\). Also, it is considered as nilradical the equivalent of the model nilpotent Lie superalgebra into (non-Lie) Leibniz superalgebras, and finally it is shown that the spaces of superderivations for the obtained superalgebras consist of inner superderivations. These results extend analogously results for similar Lie and Leibniz algebras, but note that the structures of Lie and Leibniz superalgebras are much more complex than the structures of Lie and Leibniz algebras.
