The authors obtain pointwise boundary Lipschitz regularity and prove the Hopf lemma for the viscosity solutions of the following fully nonlinear elliptic equations \[ \begin{cases} u=S(\lambda, \Lambda,f) & \quad \text{ in } \ \Omega,\\ u=g & \quad \text{ on } \ \partial\Omega, \end{cases} \] where \(\Omega\) is a bounded domain with Reifenberg-flat boundary, and \(S(\lambda,\Lambda,f)\) denotes the Pucci class of operators with uniform constants \(\lambda\) and \(\Lambda.\) It is shown that, if \(\Omega\) in some fixed point \(x_0\in \partial\Omega\) satisfies the exterior Reifenberg \(C^{1,\mathrm{Dini}}\) condition, the solution is Lipschitz continuous at \(x_0;\) on the other side, if \(\Omega\) satisfies the interior Reifenberg \(C^{1,\mathrm{Dini}}\) condition, then the Hopf lemma holds in that point.
