In this paper the author have studied the moduli space of minimal instanton bundles over a Fano threefold with Picard rank \(1\), index \(2\) and degree \(4\), denoted by \(V_4\). Let \(M_{V_4}\) be the moduli space of rank two semistable sheaves with Chern classes \(c_1 =0, c_2 = 2, c_3 = 0\) on \(V_4\). With the given conditions, the author have shown that any stable bundle \([E] \in M_{V_4}\) automatically becomes a minimal instanton bundle and the moduli space of minimal instanton bundles over \(V_4\) is an open subscheme of \(M_{V_4}\). A detail classification of semistable rank two sheaves with Chern classes \(c_1 =0, c_2 = 2, c_3 = 0\) on \(V_4\) was proved. By a result of \textit{A. Bondal} and \textit{D. Orlov} [``Semiorthogonal decomposition for algebraic varieties'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:alg-geom/9506012}], there is a hyperelliptic curve \(C\), naturally associated to \(V_4\), such that the Fourier - Mukai functor \( \Phi: \mathcal{D}^b(C) \longrightarrow \mathcal{D}^b(V_4)\) provides an equivalence of \(\mathcal{D}^b(C)\) onto \(\mathcal{B}_{V_4}\) where \(\mathcal{D}^b(V_4) = \langle \mathcal{B}_{V_4}, \mathcal{O}_{V_4}, \mathcal{O}_{V_4}(1) \rangle\) is a semi-orthogonal decomposition. Generalizing results of \textit{A. Kuznetsov} [Cent. Eur. J. Math. 10, No. 4, 1198--1231 (2012; Zbl 1282.14075)], the author showed that for any stable (resp. strictly semistable) \(E \in M_{V_4}\), \(\Phi^*(E)[-1]\) is stable (resp. strictly semistable) vector bundle of rank \(2\) and degree zero over \(C\). If \(M_C\) denotes the moduli space of rank two semistable bundles of degree zero, then this induces a map \(M_{V_4} \longrightarrow M_C\). It was proved that \(M_{V_4}\) is smooth of dimension \(5\) and the map is an isomorphism. Thus by a result of \textit{M. S. Narasimhan} and \textit{S. Ramanan} [Ann. Math. (2) 89, 14-51 (1969; Zbl 0186.54902)], \(M_{V_4}\) can be realized as a \(\mathbb{P}^3\)-bundle over the Jacobian of \(C\). Via the isomorphism \(M_{V_4} \longrightarrow M_C\), we may consider the moduli space of minimal instanton bundles over \(V_4\) as an open subscheme of \(M_{C}\). This was already proved by Kuznetsov [loc. cit.].
