Rauzy fractal is the set with fractal boundaries related to the shift of the torus \(x\to x + (1/z,1/z^2)\pmod{\mathbb{Z}^2}\), where \(z\) is a root of the cubic equation \(z^3-z^2-z-1=0\). Among some applications, based on the classical Rauzy fractal, \textit{V. G. Zhuravlev} [J. Math. Sci., New York 137, No. 2, 83--106 (2005; Zbl 1158.11331); translation from Zap. Nauchn. Semin. POMI 322, 83--106 (2005)] constructed an infinite sequence of torus partitions (called Rauzy partitions) and showed that all tiles of these partitions are also sets of bounded remainder. In this paper, the author gives a generalization of the construction of Rauzy partitions to the case of a broad class of Rauzy fractals associated with Pisot numbers. This generalization allows one to obtain an analogue of Zhuravlev's theorem on sets of bounded remainder and a series of other applications related to number-theoretic properties of torus shifts associated with Rauzy fractals. Also, the author obtained a new class of applications related to the number-theoretic properties of sets of natural numbers that possess given tails of greedy expansions with respect to some linear recurrent sequences.
