As indicated in the title of the present paper, the author examines the moduli spaces of parabolic Higgs bundles on the Riemann sphere. He gives a comprehensive analysis of the topic. He starts with the construction of moduli spaces of rank 2 stable parabolic Higgs bundles on $C\mathcal{P}^1$ with four marked points. This construction gives rise to a generalization to arbitrary rank and number of marked points. The author gives a detailed guide throughout the paper to facilitate the reading.
