The interesting paper under review deals with optimal regularity results for viscosity solutions to second order fully nonlinear uniformly elliptic equations in the form \[ \begin{cases} F(D^2 u(x), D u(x), x) = f(x) & \text{in}\ \Omega,\\ u=\varphi & \text{on}\ \partial\Omega, \end{cases} \] where \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) is a bounded and smooth domain, \(f\in L^p(\Omega)\) with \(p>p_0=n-\varepsilon\in(n/2,n)\) with \(\varepsilon\) being the Escauriaza constant introduced in [\textit{L. Escauriaza}, Indiana Univ. Math. J. 42, No. 2, 413--423 (1993; Zbl 0792.35020)] or \(f\in \mathrm{BMO}(\Omega),\) and \(\varphi\) is \(C^\alpha,\) \(C^{1,\alpha},\) or \(C^{2,\alpha}.\) The operator \(F\) is supposed to be uniformly elliptic and Lipschitz continuous in the derivatives of \(u.\) The authors obtain sharp boundary regularity estimates in the borderline cases \(f\in L^n\) and \(f\in \mathrm{BMO}.\) In particular, \(C^{1, \text{Log-Lip}}\) sharp interior and boundary regularity is proved for flat solutions of non-convex elliptic equations when \(f\in \mathrm{BMO}.\)
