In this paper, the author defines the Conway Potential Function (CPF) as the unique function on links that satisfies the Jiang relations given in [\textit{B. J. Jiang}, Acta Math. Sin., Engl. Ser. 32, No. 1, 25--39 (2016; Zbl 1337.57025)]. J. Murakami derived quantum group representations using the CPF. The present author develops a diagrammatic calculus for these representations which he applies to prove some results about the CPF. ``We develop a diagrammatic calculus for representations of unrolled quantum \(\mathfrak{sl}_2\) at a fourth root of unity. This allows us to prove Seifert-Torres type formulas for certain splice links using quantum algebraic methods, rather than topological methods. Other applications of this diagrammatic calculus given here are a skein relation for \(n\)-cabled double crossings and a simple proof that the quantum invariant associated with these representations determines the multi-variable Alexander polynomial.'' The author also notes that \textit{O. Ya. Viro} in [St. Petersbg. Math. J. 18, No. 3, 391--457 (2007; Zbl 1149.57024); translation from Algebra Anal. 18, No. 3, 63--157 (2006)] used \textit{V. G. Turaev}'s axioms [Russ. Math. Surv. 41, No. 1, 119--182 (1986; Zbl 0602.57005); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 41, No. 1(247), 97--147 (1986)] to show that the \(\overline{U}^H_\zeta(\mathfrak{sl}_2)\) invariant is the CPF.
