This paper presents mathematical analysis of epidemic models with treatment in heterogeneous networks. Two different network-based SITR models are proposed under the assumption that the capacity of treatment for infected individuals is linearly correlated with the density of infected individuals. The first model is based on the annealed network model with multiple groups. The second model is based on the quenched network model. The final size equations and unique solutions for an arbitrary degree distribution are derived. A stable computational algorithm is developed for estimating the final epidemic size. The solvability of the associated implicit equation is established. Some simulations are performed for networks with Poisson and scale-free degree distributions.
