Global solutions to a chemotaxis-growth system with signal-dependent motilities and signal consumption (Q2682685)

In this paper, the authors consider a chemotaxis system with density-dependent motility and signal consumption. Using the standard energy method, the authors prove the global existence of classical solutions for small initial data and large proliferation coefficient in \(N\)-dimensional spaces (\(N\ge 2\)). In addition, by imposing some additional assumptions on the mobility function, it is further proved that the solution will eventually tend to a constant steady state.
