A numerical procedure is developed for solving the nonlinear time-fractional one and two-dimensional partial integro-differential equation with a weakly singular kernel. While the Haar wavelets collocation method is employed for approximating the spatial derivatives, the nonstandard finite difference is utilized for the time-fractional derivative. Further, the quasilinearization technique is used to deal with the nonlinear term and product trapezoidal rule for approximating the integral term. The convergence and stability of the proposed method are discussed. A number of test problems are presented to demonstrate the accuracy of the method.
