The author presents a multidimensional coupled surface-subsurface water flow model. Surface-subsurface coupling is based on interdomain flux estimation used as source terms and boundary conditions. Reconstructed 2D domains of the one-dimensional objects cut the 2D surface mesh and influence the flux values between 2D cells. The coupled model is verified using some benchmarks and produces results consistent with other models and experimental observations.
