    Summary: Consider the \(q\)-deformed Lie algebra, \( \mathfrak{t}_q: \left[ \hat{K}_1, \hat{K}_2\right]_q=\left( 1 - q\right) \hat{K}_1 \hat{K}_2\), \(\left[ \hat{K}_3, \hat{K}_1\right]_q=s \hat{K}_3\), \(\left[ \hat{K}_1, \hat{K}_4\right]_q=s \hat{K}_4\), \(\left[ \hat{K}_3, \hat{K}_2\right]_q=t \hat{K}_3,\) \(\left[ \hat{K}_2, \hat{K}_4\right]_q=t \hat{K}_4\), and \(\left[ \hat{K}_4, \hat{K}_3\right]_q=r \hat{K}_1\), where \(r,s,t\in\mathbb{R}-\left\{0\right\} \), subject to the physical properties: \( \hat{K}_1\) and \(\hat{K}_2\) are real diagonal operators, and \(\hat{K}_3= \hat{K}_4^\dagger\), (\( \dagger\) is for Hermitian conjugation). The \(q\)-deformed Lie algebra, \( \mathfrak{t}_q\) is introduced as a generalized model of the Tavis-Cummings model [\textit{M. Tavis} and \textit{F. W. Cummings}, ``Exact solution for an \(N\)-molecule -- radiation-field Hamiltonian'', Phys. Rev. 170, No. 2, 379--384 (1968; \url{doi:10.1103/PhysRev.170.379}); \textit{M. A. Bashir} and \textit{M. S. Abdalla}, Phys. Lett., A 204, No. 1, 21--25 (1995; Zbl 1020.81973)], namely, \( \left[ \hat{K}_1, \hat{K}_2\right]=0\), \(\left[ \hat{K}_1, \hat{K}_3\right]=-2 \hat{K}_3\), \(\left[ \hat{K}_1, \hat{K}_4\right]=2 \hat{K}_4\), \(\left[ \hat{K}_2, \hat{K}_3\right]= \hat{K}_3\), \(\left[ \hat{K}_2, \hat{K}_4\right]= \hat{K}_4\), and \(\left[ \hat{K}_4, \hat{K}_3\right]= \hat{K}_1\), which is subject to the physical properties \(\hat{K}_1\) and \(\hat{K}_2\) are real diagonal operators, and \(\hat{K}_3= \hat{K}_4^\dagger \). Faithful matrix representations of the least degree of \(\mathfrak{t}_q\) are discussed, and conditions are given to guarantee the existence of the faithful representations.
