In this paper, a parallel subgrid stabilized algorithm is developed for incompressible flows with nonlinear slip boundary conditions. Uzawa iterative method is adopted to treat the subdifferential attribute introduced by the nonlinear slip boundary conditions. Furthermore, local a priori estimation of the finite element solution is used to derive the error bounds of the approximate solution from the parallel algorithm. The main contributions of the paper are: \begin{itemize} \item An optimal error the estimate is given of the approximate velocity in \(L_2\)-norm and pressure in \(H^1\)-norm from the global subgrid stabilized finite element method for the Navier-Stokes equations with nonlinear slip boundary conditions. \item A subgrid stabilized parallel algorithm is constructed for simulating the Navier-Stokes equations with nonlinear slip boundary conditions, which is easy to implement based on existing sequential software, which yields approximate solutions with optimal asymptotic convergence, and has good parallel performance. \item Using a local a priori estimate for the stabilized approximation, theoretically convergence results are derived, and algorithmic scalings of the developed algorithm, which provide theoretical guidance for ow simulations applying the proposed algorithm. \end{itemize} Numerical results for the Navier-Stokes equations with nonlinear slip boundary conditions demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and validate the theoretical predictions.
