The authors consider groups which are finite. Actually, a subgroup \(M\) of a (finite) group \(G\) is called TI-subgroup of \(G\) if \(M^g\cap M=1\) or \(M^g\cap M=M\) for each element \(g\) in \(G\). Moreover, a subgroup \(H\) of a group \(G\) has \(p^\prime\)-order if \(|H|\) can not be divisible by some fixed prime divisor \(p\) of \(|G|\). This work is a continuation and a generalization of the previous works proposed by the second author. For the main result, the authors give necessary and sufficient conditions for which every non-nilpotent subgroup of any group \(G\) to be TI-subgroup or has \(p^\prime\)-order. To prove this fact, two important lemmas are prepared in Section 2. Finally, applying the main theorem, two corollaries are obtained.
