In the paper, the authors calculate the full automorphism groups of the Kummer surfaces associated with the products of elliptic curves \(E\times F\) where \(E\) and \(F\) are non-isogenous generic elliptic curves, \(E\times E\) where \(E\) is an elliptic curve with no complex multiplications, \(E_{\omega}\times E_{\omega}\), where \(E_{\omega}\) is the elliptic curve with \(\omega = \exp(2 \pi \sqrt{-1}/3)\) as its fundamental period, and \(E_{\sqrt{-1}}\times E_{\sqrt{-1}}\). The generators of the groups are explicitly given. The result is also used by \textit{S. Kondo} [Am. J. Math. 121, No. 6, 1245-1252 (1999; Zbl 0978.14043)] to determine the largest finite group of automorphisms on a K3 surface.
