Weighted Tango bundles on \(\mathbb{P}^n\) and their moduli spaces (English)

\textit{H. Tango} constructed indecomposable vector bundles of rank \(n-1\) on \({\mathbb{P}}^n\) [J. Math. Kyoto Univ. 16, 137-141 (1976; Zbl 0339.14008)]. The author shows that for \(n\geq 3\), there exists a Tango bundle on \({\mathbb{P}}^n\) which is invariant under the natural action of \(SL(2)\) on \(S^n({\mathbb{C}}^2) = {\mathbb{C}}^{n+1}\). This enables him to use a technique of Horrocks to construct a new class of \((n-1)\)-bundles \(F_{a,b}\), \(a,b\) being integers with \(b>n a \geq 0\). The author calls them weighted Tango bundles with weights \(a,b\). For \(a=0\), \(b=1\) they are Tango bundles. NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINETheorem. (1) \(F_{a,b}\) is stable if and only if \(b> 2(n-1)a\). NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINE(2) If \(F_{a,b}\) is stable, then the corresponding point in the moduli space has a smooth neighbourhood consisting of weighted Tango bundles of weights \(a, b\).
