The structure of fuzzy power ring (Q2710046)

This paper contributes to the fuzzification of algebraic structures. Based on the Zadeh extensions of the algebraic operations on a ring, the concept of a fuzzy power ring is introduced. The additive operation is a pure extension of the additive operation on the underlying ring, while the second operation is not fully specified, but only defined as a superset of the Zadeh extension of the multiplication on the underlying ring. No characterizations of a fuzzy power ring are given.NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEThen the concept of a fuzzy semi-ideal of a ring is introduced and investigated. Starting from a fuzzy semi-ideal the author constructs a fuzzy power ring.NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEFinally two specific instances of a fuzzy power ring are introduced and superficially investigated: regular fuzzy power rings and uniform fuzzy power rings.
