      The series \(\sum a_n\) is said to be summable by \(|C,\alpha, \beta, \delta|_k\), \(k\geq 1\) if NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\sum_{n=1}^\infty n\beta \delta^{(k+k-1)-k}|t_n^\alpha |^k< \infty,NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(\delta\geq 0\) and \(\beta\) is a real number. \textit{S. M. Mazhar} [On generalized quasi-convex sequence and its applications, Indian J. Pure Appl. Math. 8, 784-790 (1977; Zbl 0373.42001 and Zbl 0415.42008)] has proved a factor theorem for \(|C,1|_k\) summability \((k\geq 1)\). In this paper the author has generalized Mazhar's factor theorem for \(|C, \alpha, \beta, \delta|_k\) summability by using \(\delta\)-quasi-monotone sequences.
