Analysis of the queueing system BMAR/M/N/R with negative calls (English)

A multiserver queue with finite buffer, exponential service times, batch Markovian input of ordinary calls and Markovian arrival input of negative calls is considered. The steady-state distribution of the (3-dimensional) queueing Markov process is investigated under the following service disciplines: 1) arriving group is lost if at least one call in the group is lost; 2) a call is lost if it can not find an empty server; 3) arriving group is fully accepted if at least one call (from the group) is accepted. Generating functions and matrix methods are applied to derive required results, including loss probability.
